PLEASE NOTE: As of June 1, 2020: we are now offering our regular Consulting Services during the current COVID-19 Pandemic. We are still wearing a mask and gloves (and a cape if necessary).

To Our Naturally Gorgeous Valued Clients, in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are adhering to the World Health Organization (WHO), the Government of Canada, and the Manitoba Government's guidelines to interrupt the spread of the virus. We want you to know that your safety and health is of utmost importance to us.

Refund Policy

PLEASE NOTE: As of March 1, 2020, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be NO PRODUCT OR ACCESSORY REFUNDS ISSUED during and due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic in Canada and globally. As of June 1, 2020, we recommend that you book a consultation with product DEMOS to try products. No exceptions will be made.

You can be assured that our 100% Canadian manufacturers are following strict hygiene and safety procedures in their processes and all products are sealed in new packaging as usual. Locally, we are continuing to ensure proper hand washing practices are continued and we wear gloves and masks when handling, packaging, and delivering your products.

All of your essential products are still available to support you and your family's needs in personal hair care on our website. Below are some updates:1. ONLINE CONSULTATIONS AVAILABLE: We are continuing to offer ONLINE hair consultations ONLY during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have responded to your enquiries and recognize the need so our experienced hair consultants are still providing quality assessments via video conference. 2. SAFE DELIVERY DROP AVAILABLE: We are offering FREE Delivery within Winnipeg during the COVID-19 Pandemic until the federal and provincial restrictions are lifted. We will deliver the products to your door and notify you via text. FREE Delivery with purchases over $25.00.3. SHIPPING AVAILABLE: If you prefer to have products shipped, choose Shipping when processing your online order and the Canada Post rates will be calculated at the checkout. We will prepare products that will be sent the day after your order is placed.We welcome you to reach out to us with any further comments or concerns.
